Habitual Rescheduling Policy

It is important to us that our clients are committed to upholding their appointments.

We understand that things happen in life that are unpredictable, but rescheduling becomes a problem when it is habitual.

What constitutes a person who habitually reschedules:

  • Rescheduling appointments more than 2 times for a specific project.

  • Rescheduling happens frequently with more than one artist in the shop.

  • The client is considered to be unreliable because rescheduling becomes anticipated.

*This does not include rescheduling due to a safety reason such as weather conditions or unanticipated medical emergencies.

Consequences for clients who repeatedly reschedule:

  • There will be stricter rescheduling guidelines that will be implemented by all of the artists in the shop. The client will be informed by an artist or staff member that they are considered a habitual rescheduler. After that, the client will only be allowed to reschedule once per tattoo project or they will lose their deposit. This overrides all of the artist's typical policies that allow for 2-3 rescheduled.

  • The client will not be allowed to book appointments on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Weekends are our most coveted booking day. Because clients need to sometimes wait months for a weekend opening, it is important that those days are not being held from others who will honor their appointment commitment.

  • At each artist’s discretion, the client may or may not be allowed to participate in an artist’s flash sales. Our artists create flash so they can tattoo subject matter and styles that they are very excited to do. When a person reschedules a flash piece multiple times it can be very discouraging. It also holds the design from someone else who may want it.

  • Each artist has the full support of the shop if they decide to deny the client from future services.
